Hi everyone,

I made a batch of Rhonda's Ultimate MMF today and have lots leftover. I'm going to be making a cake next week Thursday or Friday and will be making some misc. decorations out of fondant and am wondering if the batch I made today will last that long. And if it will, do I leave it at room temp (well wrapped to prevent drying) or refrigerate?

Thanks a bunch! It's probably a pretty silly question but I've never made more than I needed before so I've never had to save it.

Absolutely, it'll last.

I leave mine in a kitchen cabinet for weeks.

If it's too firm when you want to use it, microwave, don't knead...that's what I do...I hate kneading.
