"flofly" (spelling help please) instead of looking melt on the cupcake. I am making cupcakes for my daugther 2nd b'day and I want to make carrot cupcakes recipe but I would love to make the icing to be "flofly".

Fluffy?

Cream cheese frosting isn't really going to be fluffy. It shouldn't, however, look melted. Make sure the cupcakes are completely cooled to room temp before icing them and then store the iced cuppies in the fridge.

If your icing is too liquidy, you might not have enough powdered sugar.
