I'm baking 125 horseshoe shaped cookie favors this weekend and will be decorating next week for my niece's wedding on September 5.

Has anyone used a poured icing to cover the cookie before adding decorations? Have you had luck with the poured icing hardening well??? I found recipe on Wilton site.

I have used that recipe. It takes a while to dry.

If you are bagging these I would advise against the poured icing since it doesn't dry that hard. You cal also pour on thinned royal icing which will dry a lot harder for bagging.
