Ok, so I have to make 50 of these berry cups for a wedding. I've made them without a problem before... now (of course) I can't get them off the mold without them breaking. What am I doing wrong??!

Hi lkoenig07, it might depend on few things... first, have your mold clean and dry. If you're melting your chocolate in the microwave, be sure that it is hot enough but not too much. I, then ,put mine in the freezer for a couple of minutes. they pop out very easely... don't forget them 'cause they will loose their shine. hope this will help.
