I entered into a cake decorating contest for Sept 22 and want to know what you guys think it a good time to start making the cake and stuff? My main cake is going to be made from pound cake and Im making some figures out of rice crispys. How long in advance should I make these? I know I can make the cake and freeze it but I dont want to do that this time. Any suggestions? Thanks
