I made my first batch of chocolate marshmallow fondant using the Wilton recipie. I have a lot left over and wondered how to store and for how long the chocolate fondant can be stored??

Rub with a small amount of crisco, wrap tightly in plastic wrap then store in a ziplock bag. I have had fondant last a few weeks. (I dont know if it would have lasted longer since I used it afer only a few weeks)

I dont, I just keep it in a cool place. I have a plastic container a bit larger than the shoe box type, and I store all of the extra fondant and gumpaste in it. But some seem to like to refridgerate.
