Hi, does anybody know some good non-perishable fillings that don't have to be refrigerated? also and ones that would go good with chocolate? thanks for the help! icon_biggrin.gif

You can buy all sorts of fruit fillings. They are called "sleeve fillings". You can find them at www.countrykitchensa.com. And they don't have to be refrigerated.

Or you could put chocolate buttercream with chocolate cake or a mint buttercream or just your regular vanilla.

Good luck!

ditto the sleeved fillings. i buy them by the case. And everything goes with chocolate. I've used chocolate bc, vanlla bc, Bavarian Creme, mint, peanut butter, strawberry and raspberry.
