How would I go about makeing a pair of booties for a baby shower cake?

I'm sure there are other threads, if you do a search for booties. I used the tutorial on this thread last weekend to make the little molded booties and they were easy. I had never worked with fondant before either.

BTW welcome to cake central. You will never get off!

EDITED: sorry, I just realized you were looking for info on making booties for the top of a cake - the Martha link is a cake shaped like booties.
