Hi I'm making Almond joy cake (got the recipe from MacsMom's list), not sure what type of icing to make with it, If anyone has any suggestions that would be great..Thanks

I did it with regular butter cream, but I added a tiny bit of coconut flavor to it. It was delicious, definitely my favorite cake yet! It tastes good with plain buttercream, also. I just felt like it needed a little more coconut. And next time I'm going to add some slivered almonds, too. Cuz without them it's more of a mounds bar!! Hope this helps!
