I want to make a cake that has a spiral of fish going around one of the tiers, my thought was to use a small (less than an inch cookie cutter) to cut out different color fondant fish....however, I cannot find an appropriate size cutter. the smallest i found was 1.5 inch. Does anyone have any ideas? or maybe some places that I could check?

If you can find a scrapbook punch that has the right size, you can use that instead. Roll the fondant really thin and let it dry a minute or two, then punch the shapes out just like paper.

I used a candy mold for the fish on my recent cake. It has 3 different sizes of fish on it.
