Can you add flavoring like LorAnns oils or extracts so that the gelatin bows etc..can be eaten?? I just got the book "Gelatin in Bloom" today.I have read on the thread about the bows that you can't eat them as they taste yucky...What if you flavored them so you can eat them..Has anyone tried? What was the taste?

You can use a little bit of the s/f jello in the recipe for some flavor, I have tried the lorann oils and it didn't help any, IMO. I can't remember what was discussed in the post on the how to by justdi - I know several people tried various things, I just tell folks they are edible, but they won't taste that good. (just like the gumpaste things, they are edible, but they won't taste good!)
