Sorry all I know there are tons of pricing questions but my search engine on here isn't working correctly. I am in Connecticut and I have someone who want a 1/2 sheet cake covered in fondant. I have no idea how to price this b/c I've only had them in buttercream. Any help is appreciated.

I think most people price by the serving. So figure out how many people that will feed and then add .50 or $1.00 to your buttercream price.

So if you were charging $2.00 a slice, charge $2.50 or $3.00.

Hope this helps.

No problem! So what did you decide to charge?

I found that most places here are charging $1.50-$2 for party and from $2.75 to $3.00 for base wedding prices so I am charging $3 a slice since the cake will also have a few fondant decorations on it as well.
