I have looked on Wilton, Google, You Tube...I need to find instructions for making gum paste hydrangeas. These will be royal ice glued to the cake not on wires?????

You will need a hydrangea cutter. Cup the blossom using a ball tool on a foam pad and leave to dry on some corrugated foam or in an egg box or molded foil.

Dust the centres if you want and using a no. 1 or 2 tip, pipe 3 or 4 small balls in the centre. You can then attach them onto the cake.

It has to be with a cutter? They do have 4 round like petals right?

Yes, I would definitely get the cutter and veiner. We have a couple of cakes on here with hydrangeas on them. They are really simple to make, but they won't look like real hydrangeas if you don't vein them.
