I need help here I have this great mousse recipe but I want to add a mocha falvor to it and I am not sure how to do this. I bake this and place it in my cakes as a center layer I am afraid if I add too much liquid to it (i.e. coffee) that it will not set up right and be too runny for my cake layer. All ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Is it the coffee part that's giving you problems...

Couldn't you dissolve some instant coffee in a small portion of your liquid (whipping cream) and then add to the rest of the recipe. (For more kick, you could use instant expresso.)
