Im making an engagement cake for a friend she wants a tier she found from a picture. the fondant looks like a champaigne color. how would i go about making fondant that color?

I use a little brown to make champagne. If it looks to redish you can add a bit of green to tame the red but brown usually does it for me. Americolor chocolate will do.

You can paint with a champagne luster dust.
