Hi everyone, im still getting really annoying air bubbles when im rolling out my fondant and even though i try to prick it at an angle etc and then smooth it out i am always left with an indent which is relly annoying and visible on the finished cake. usually i just hide it with spots, etc but with wedding cakes there is nowwhere to hide - any tips anyone or do you all just keep rerolling until you dont have bubbles?

You can try rolling out the fondant then flipping it over halfway through. Sometimes that will get both sides smooth as you roll both sidea of it, and that will give you a better surface overall.
