HI Cake Central Sistas!! Here is my issue, I have a customer that requested a cake for August 24th, 40th birthday. Well they have given me alot of ideas that they weren't really sure of.. Well today they finally decided that they would like a giant Micheal Jordan sneaker. I have no idea how to start to carve this. can anyone help me with where I can find this information. Im really stressed out because I have 2 other huge 2 tiered cakes due this same weekend. I know I could have said NO WAY!!! but they placed the order of a cake 2months ago. but just decided on what the HECK they wanted today!!!! Please help me!!! If you can guide me to where to look i would really appreciate it!!!
OK so after all the venting!!! my question is.......
How or where can i find instructions on how to carve, a giant Micheal JOrdan sneaker cake to feed 80 people.
