Round or square...trying to figure out if I have time to cover a cake in fondont or not....have to do a really fast cake anniversary...so I am not sure..

Honestly, I think square. Get the corners done and then smooth the center.

It's different for each person. How much have you handled fondant?
For a round, elevate it (put cake on size size board) and let it hand down below that edge to cut off. That would be the fastest for me.

I agree with leahs, it's alot easier to cover a square, once you done the corners it's pretty much done, but with a round you have to pull it out more often to get it to sit right.
