I've been looking around for a cake serving chart to use so I can estimate the amount of servings each size & shape cake pan would give. I've found some but they all seem to differ drastically... do any of you know of a very acurate one I may be able to find? I even searched the Wilton website because I've heard they have one, but I couldn't even find it there!

Can anyone help?

Sincerely,
Joline

Try this, look under Batter Amounts to find all the info! Some people think Wilton serving are a tad small but people seem to overeat so it's prob fine

I also use Wilton. More importantly, most catering companies use Wilton, so you will be going with the industry flow as far as 1x2x4 slices.
