I am going to be making a bible cake stacked on top of a 12x18 2-layer cake...I don't want to use the Wilton pan - too many servings for what I need. Any ideas on what size pan to use? Not afraid of carving it, but I don't want to waste too much in the process...
I am thinking of using a 9x13, and letting it crown - cutting it and flipping it 'fat sides' to the outside...not so sure about this though...
I am open for ideas from some of you experts out there!!!
