I want to know is there a specific knife or way of cutting into a fondont covered cake. I have ababy shower cake tomake and I am going to be the one cutting it. Everytime Icut into one I make a big mess. It gets sticky and stuck to the knife and the slices fall apart. Does anyone have a better way?

I use a thin blade serrated knife. I've never found fondant sticky. But I use SatinIce.
