Can I half Sugarshacks bc recipe?? I'm making only 1 6" round cake for a tasting and I don't want to make the full recipe and waste it. Will it cause a lot of air bubbles? I do love the recipe and don't have time (or product) to redo it if it doesn't come out right. Please help!!

I would do a whole recipe and freeze what you do not use. It freezes perfectly!

It does freeze well, and refrigerates well, and sits in a tub in my pantry for weeks well!
A large part of the Sugar Shack icing is the fact that you are filling the mixer so full that there are no air bubbles. If you halve the recipe, you are missing that important part.

Awesome, thank you both. I didn't think you could freeze it or keep it longer than a week. Thanks for clarifying!!! Back to work.....
