I am looking for a dense chocolate cake recipe for carving for topsy turvy cake. I use WASC for white, but can it be converted to chocolate?

Thanks, Sue

Speaking of the Cake Mix Dr book (in another thread) I have made a straight up chocolate cake mix cake with chocolate ice cream and the four eggs.

It was used as the second layer over a brownie bottom cheesecake--because of the density of the cheesecake I needed a heavier duty choco cake to complete each tier and that one was perfect for my need.

Another chocolate moment for your consideration.
