i went to michael's. aisle 13. no joke; i know that for a fact.

they've got the whole aisle dedicated to cake decorating.

lots of tools, dyes, and fondant. and probably anything you need.

All in one bake shop...they are a professional supplier, and the ladies in there will help you have any questions about how to do something.
