just how giant?

could do 14" layers top and and bottom in dark chocolate cake

and put a 10" or 12" white layer in between.

top 14" would be on a cakeboard

Or do 2 chocolate layers with a white filling, so it looks like the cream filling in an Oreo?

I did this recently with a special pan that I purchased but there are lots of pictures in the gallery to give you ideas.
