Need help with wording/saying for a 40th bday over the hill cake. she doesn't want anything with death due to a recent death in the family. so i'm looking for something that will tie in with a "car going over the hill" decorated with street signs themed cake. I'm on the fence about using "over the hill and picking up speed" which would be cute with the car theme but could be viewed as fast pace to death. Any ideas????

thanks!
Aimee

buma shave signs?

Select a path
That's lightly graveled
When grass obscures
The road less
traveled.
BURMA SHAVE!

With a sigh
With a glance
A smoldering look
A sultry dance
BURMA SHAVE!

Some time ago I did cake for a lady who's boyfriend was upset about turning 59 because it he was approaching 60. I made a speed limit sign with 60 on it and put "Still under the limit." on the cake.

Maybe you could do something like that only making the speed limit a lower number than his age and saying "over the limit" instead of over the hill.
