I will be making 3 different cakes...choc,WASC and red velvet and i'm looking for suggestions to non-perishable fillings...should I stick with just bc or are there some nice pairings that would go with these cakes that can stay out of fridge??? You all have awesome ideas! Thanks for any help
For the chocolate, I used chopped up rolos mixed in with the buttercream once. It was a big hit. It made for a nice little change.
You could use strawberry jelly mixed with buttercream for the white. Red velvet I always think of cream cheese with it. You could make a cream cheese buttercream.
