Hello...I'm making this cake and I've been so worried about the layer of red on top of the white giving me problems. I don't want it to stain the white and I'm not sure how to get the sides of the red perfect without crease or air bubbles. It's going to be a 3 tier stacked with all tiers looking like this picture. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks

I couldn't upload the picture, but here's the link.

I don't think staining is a problem as long as you don't put excess glue on the sides. I also don't think air bubbles should be an issue for the red fondant. I suggest you cut the red fondant with your pizza cutter, making the edges wavy and the put it on top of the cake. It really won't crease because the sides doesn't go that far to the bottom.
