Diane, so happy for you! I'm going to try the flower nail idea-- I read the tip on here before but didn't see how it would heat as well. The core has always worked well for me but is a hassle to grease and flour. Is there a specific size nail you use? #7 or so? Thanks so much for all your sharing.

Yes that flower nail tip is amazing, I tried it saturday on two of my cakes, ant it works wonders, off to but more flower nails, good bye, bake even strips, and heating cores, and you don't even loose any cake

I've used a couple of different sizes....not sure exactly what size they are, but all will work! I just had to buy a bunch more because I have so much more cooking space now icon_smile.gif!!

My kitchen space is about 11'wide and about 22' long--242 square feet. The total space is 605 sq. feet. I have an office, kitchen and pantry as well as the kitchen space.!
