I was looking at the recipe in my Debbie Brown Book and came across this:

- 1 egg white made up from dried egg albumen
- 30ml (2tbsp) liquid glucose

Is this just meringue powder, and if so how much, and corn syrup? Help! icon_smile.gif

its just dried egg white, which i think is meringue powder.
glucose and corn syrup are technically different, but basically the same thing too, they can replace eachother.
