Hi all,
I am mostly a lurker and very much enjoy reading your post and taking a peek at your beautiful cakes. I have been asked to make a cake using the harley davidson logo. The one that's MOTOR written in orange, harley davidson written in white and Cycles written in orange. My question is does anyone have an idea how to go about doing this with a very small star tip?
Thanks,
Tammie

well the first way i think of is to print out the logo to the size you need, then put a piece of baking paper over the logo and trace it then flip the baking paper over to the reverse side and outline the image thinly with either buttercream or maybe piping gel then flip it over again and place onto the cake so the buttercream/gel is transfered onto the cake and then you can use that as a guide and then fill in the areas by piping it with the star tip
