Does anyone have any experience using Choco-Pan? I like Satin Ice or make MMF but, I would like to cover my next cake with the white chocolate Choco-Pan. Any advice?? Does it take just as much to cover a cake as Satin Ice? How is the texture and is it easy to work with? Will 4lbs be enough to cover a 2 layer 11x15x2 cake?

Hi there, no experience with Satin Ice. But I bought Chocopan few weeks back and it was fantastic. I love the texture. So much easy to use.
