I was wondering if someone can pls. help me with this:
I'm making a stacked cake 6,8,10,12. the bottom and top layers are styrofoam. Should I still dowel the 12 inch layer to support the other 3 layers?
Also how long will fondant stay fresh without cracking? I would like to fondant the styrofoam tiers ahead.
