Why does my frosting have air bubbles? My cousin's 1st birthday is tonight, and I was asked to make the cake. It's driving me nuts!

I haven't really had any airbubble issues since trying sugarshack's icing recipe and techniques, you can watch her youtube video for the instructions.

^^^i agree with her^^^
it's not so much the recipe as having the entire bowl of your mixer filled up. Watch the youtube video yellobutterfly gave the link for, it'll really make a difference
