Hey everyone. I am not sure what to do. I make cakes and was just asked to do a wedding cake. I do not make them alot, maybe a couple a month at best and she is wanting to know about sampling. I don't really make enough to have samples and don't really want to bake a few cakes just for sampling. What are your suggestions? Thank you very much!!
