Hi Everyone!! I have been desperately seeking more help as I have started my legal's to be a real bakery here in Western NY (Lockport) I am trying to locate suppliers and all that but wish that I could get together with other cakers in the area or just know referral wise who I could use. I do a lot of custom cakes but would love to expand beyond wilton. Granted they are great but I want to know more.

I do have accounts with Sysco at the moment but would like to know if anyone recommends Bakemark or Twin Bakery Supply as a good in. I break the bank at Michael's and AC Moore and Walmart buying tons of product that I'd rather buy in higher quantity now. Any Help would be great... are there any cake clubs or ICES in the Buffalo area. I just moved here from Baltimore MD about a month ago and trying to transport a business is tough stuff!!
