Question - How Can She Do This Without Getting In Trouble?

I don't really post much but this caught my eye....

Ok, I was watching the news over the weekend and this is what I saw....

As far as I can't bake out of your home and sell to the public in NJ. (Unless I missed something) How is she getting away with is so publicly (on the news, blogs, website) icon_rolleyes.gif I would really love to know!!! Im petrified to bake for my friends, family and co-workers for the fear of being fined....

Any thoughts?

Everyone's been talking about it in another thread Basically, most of us figure now that she's been on the news, she'll be told by the HD that she has to stop, or find a licensed kitchen to bake from.
