Has anyone heard of European Whipped Cream Frosting? In the past I have ordered birthday cakes from a local grocery store, and when I asked their bakery department what type of frosting they use, one of the bakers told me that it was European Whipping Cream Frosting. I would like to try to replicate it since it was quite light and not very sweet (unlike buttercream frosting). Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I know of a woman in St. Charles Illinois who makes the best European Whipped creme cakes, but I do not know if she will give out the recipe. Her business is Divine Desserts. Phone # 1-630-208-8855
