so...need some help, please? Had a customer call about a cake for her sons 16th birthday- finally after several emails, phone calls she decided on a cake-to look like his drivers license. fine- the last correspondence from her was on Wed saying she would get me a photo of his id ASAP. it is now friday - for a sunday pick up. and i haven't heard anything...i did attempt an email this afternoon...help? i don't mind if she changed her mind..but let me know i have 2 other cakes for tomorrow.
Do you have a phone number? Call, you can't rely on e-mails.
If you have her phone number, call her.
You should always get customer's number. If she doesn't say a word by today, cancel it yourself.
