please help! I need guideance on how to trim cakes for a layered fondant cake. Plus how many layers do i need? Standard hight is 3-4 inches per layer correct?

Standard height is 4" per tier - not per layer.

And the way you get perfect layers (that make up a tier) is with an Agbay.
