I am in the process of creating a business card and the cake design I have chosen to be on it actually comes from a design I found on the internet which I had based my wedding cake on a few years ago. I do not remember where I saw it. Is this legal? I chose this picture as it was such a fantastic cake and as I am very new to the business, I do not have any previous pictures of wedding cakes I have made.
