I use amoretti Black Cherry compound. Its amazing but pricey. My problem is that most cherry flavorings taste like cough syrup, not natural. If you cant get amoretti I would use cherry preserves. Simply fruit makes one.

I have used the juice from the marachino (SP??) cherries in place of the liguids before. It will tint it to saa very light pink. Also used it in milk for my DD who does not drink milk. She drank that. Waste not, want not!! icon_lol.gif

I would do what tiggerjo recommended and use the marachino cherry juice in place of the liquid in your BC recipe. Then I would chop up some cherries to add to it. Sounds really good to me. Maybe add some mini chocolate chips for a Cherry Garcia BC icon_wink.gif I'm gonna have to try this now lol
