I am making a white cake with a strawberry mousse filling--a recipe I found on CC. It is a cooked jelly-like substance mixed with a little bit of cream cheese and a tub of cool whip.
I would like to get it put together today and decorated to take to the birthday girl tomorrow.
Does this need to be refrigerated?
Thanks!

With cool whip it should be in the fridge.....

And with the cream cheese!

Ok, fridge it is, but how do I do that without messing the buttercream up? Won't it start sweating once I take it out?
