Has anyone tried dry fondant mix? I saw some at the store that you add butter and milk to.

I'm unaware of any type of dry mix that results in rolled fondant.
Dry mixes yield poured fondant, like the type of icing you find on donuts.

agreed with the person posted above ^^^^^^ not heard of a powdered mix,not sure why you would mix milk or butter with rolled fondant, I dont think that is rolled fondant you are looking at.
as person above said, probably pastry fondant..
there are powdered mixes for gum paste, but none that would ask for those ingredients....
