Chocolate Curls

Does anyone have any instructions on how to make chocolate curls??? Please help

Hi,
For smaller curls, I use a bar and keep it in the wrapper and hold it my hands for a minute to warm it slightly and create curls with a regular kitchen peeler...if you go the length of the bar the curls will be bigger. Peel onto a sheet of wax paper b/c if you try to pick up the curls they will break. If you need larger curls, melt cho. and put onto the back of a sheet pan, smoothout and then let cool. Once it is set but not completely hard use a new, clean, only for food scraper(like a painter might use) and slowly scrap curls.
