Hi all -- What is the difference between hi-ratio and reg. shortening? I am not talking about the difference in terms of baking with it; rather, I mean in terms of what it's made of. Is it "worse" for you than regular shortening? Bottom line: is it going to put me in an earlier grave? Any insight is appreciated!
