I am having a curious george birthday party on Saturday for my daughter and would love to make a banana cake. My question is can you decorate and pipe with cream cheese icing.

I would love recipes for both a banana cake and also icing I can decorate with.

If the cream cheese icing is not going to work would it taste okay to use buttercream?

I've also used butter/cream cheese combo icings and had no issue decorating with them.
