I have read great things about the high-ratio shortening, but am wondering where you buy it? Is it just at the grocery store I don`t really remember seeing it?
Thanks sooo much!

No grocery stores dont carry it, some cake supply stores do or you have to buy it on line. I bought mine through countrykitchensa.com and intotheoven.com. The shipping can be a little high. I think mine was about $125 for the 50lb box with shipping.

I live in Ontario. I don't know if you have a Bulk Barn store in BC, but much to my surprise I found it there one day. I t works as great as everyone says, takes away the gritty mouth feel. HTH.

Ok I am gonna have to look around at specialty stores. We don`t have any cake supply stores on my entire island! But we do have some gourmet food stores maybe I can find it there....
Thanks for your replies!
