Hello

I want to try a Peach flavored cheesecake.

Does anyone know if I can use, 1) some of the fresh peach juice in the cheesecake for flavoring? 2) fresh pieces of peach in the cheesecake?

I don't have any peach flavoring and could not find any in the store last night.

You can use peach jam in your batter. about 1/4 cup

However, I tried putting the fresh peach pieces directly into the cheesecake, and it turned out Awesome . Had many compliments.
