I'm doing a pretty large order for a wedding (my first) and I am using pearl dust as a finishing touch. I will brush it on dry. Does anyone know how many cookies the small Wilton bottle will cover? My cookies are about 3 inch x 3.5 inches each. I am doing 180.

I used white pearl dust for the wedding cookies I did a couple of weeks ago. I did 60 cookies (fondant) and brushed it on dry and still had over 1/2 the bottle left. My cookies were about 3 1/2 x 4 1/2. I think one would probably work for you, but it might be safe to get 2, just in case.
